Pricing
Price is calculated based on cost to manufacture the product + sizing options/ material + cost of shipping + cost of mailing supplies which is about 60% of the total price of the item.
Manufacturing minimums are really expensive so I'm trying to keep prices relatively affordable while also ensuring revenue for myself.
Shipping
I will be shipping items once or twice a week.
Estimated arrival time should be no longer than 1-2 weeks but it ultimately depends on the efficiency of your local post office. You will receive an email with shipping information once your item is purchased!
Please note that most items will initially be posted as pre-orders so they will not be delivered like regular items since pre-orders tell me how many items of product to order once pre-orders are finished.
This is a one person operation so please be patient with me I'm trying my best :,)
Returns
All sales are final unless you were sent the wrong item or the item is damaged due to manufacturing error. Any issues must be reported within a week of receiving the item.
In this case, please contact me with order information and pictures.
In terms of exchanges, please note that each item is made to order, I only have a certain amount of sizes/colors/ designs so please look over everything to ensure it is correct before placing your order
